Fernando F. Rivera is committed to promoting equity and inclusion in public works contracts and professional services. With over 14 years of experience, he focuses on creating fair opportunities for minority, women, small, veteran, LGBTQ, and disadvantaged business enterprises (SBs).
He ensures compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and helps businesses navigate certification processes. As a certified expert in Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certifications, he guides aspiring DBEs. Fernando was honored with the 2022 Emerging Leader Award from the COMTO Norcal chapter for his dedication to supporting SBs and fostering an inclusive business environment.
